The department of Telugu was established in the year 2003.offers second language for all UG courses, and B.A Telugu literature Presently the Department has 50 seats for honours course. The department of conducts classes according to the syllabus provided by the SK University.
Informative lecturers along with ample study materials are provided by the faculty members to the students which has helped the department to maintain a consistent record of academic success over the years. Students in the department are encouraged to pursue higher studies to enhance their knowledge and complete in various national and state level competitive examinations (APPSC, DSC, TPT etc.) Lecturers also engaged in research and academic activities.
